DO YOU NEED NEW METHODS OR RECIPES?

Maybe your child just won't eat foods that you are making from the allowed ingredients. Lola is here to help you overcome these cookery problems. There is a wide range of recipe sheets for you to choose from or you can have a recipe developed for your needs.

Lola can teach you to blend a flour that is suitable for individual requirements. This flour can then be used to produce a range of foods such as recipes free of wheat, gluten, dairy, soy, corn, eggs, or legumes or whatever exemptions you medical practitiioner requires for your diet.

Learn to bake gluten free bread that is free of soy, corn, xanthan gum and even eggs, if they are a problem.

A two or three hour baking lesson can be arranged, bookings are approx. four weeks in advance and include ingredients. Currently a shared lesson is $80 per person for a two hour lesson or $120 for three hours. Individual Lesson is $110 for 2 hours or $140 for 3 hours. email lola@wheatfreeworld.com.au for available dates and times

Deposit of $50 per person is required to book a lesson, see order form for payment of deposit.

The lesson will teach you to make bread, pastry, sauces, cakes and to modify your own recipes; each lesson is
specifically designed for your needs.
Consultations and private lessons are by appointment at Dee Why - NSW, to help you learn to bake with the ingredients allowed by your medical practiitioner for a restricted diet or a multi food intolerance.

LESSON REVIEW .....Hi Lola,Just wanted to say thank you very much for the lesson on Friday 13th May. I really enjoyed the lesson & learnt soooo much. Most important though my little boy who cannot have eggs, dairy and lots of other ingredients really enjoyed the food samples I bought home. Especially the dairy free cream and lemon tart!!! He enjoyed the meat pie (only gave him 1/4 as we shared it around "taste testing") and then the lunch buns were a hit with my daughter who doesnt have allergies but loved them anyway! Today I tried a batch of potato bread batter and made pancakes for breakfast & the kids loved them!!! I'm so pleased. Have gone out and got myself some digital scales So will blend up your superfine mix this week to keep in the pantry to use as needed & make up a batch of sauce blocks. I'm keen to come again and do another lesson perhaps cookies etc that kids will enjoy.Anyway, just wanted to convey my thanks Stephanie :)

HI LOLA
I just wanted to take this opportunity to "Thank You'' once again for our private lesson last Thursday. I thoroughly enjoyed the day, and took home a wide range of principles that I intend to use now forever. My husband enjoyed trying all our goodies - and even went back for seconds, and more recently I have made your choc mud cake which we fought over for the last slice. All I can say is, I wish I would have found you earlier in my life! Thank you Lola, Thanks so much.
