Weigh the ingredients
Tip the ingredients into a
large plastic bag
Trap some air in the bag, hold
the top and give a good shake

Place a large sieve in
another bag
Tip the flour into the sieve and
shake to sift, pressing out any lumps.

The flour is now ready for use and should be stored in either paper
or calico bag. The heavy paper
bags that sugar is packed in
are good for this purpose.

Do not store the flour in airtight containers as this will cause it to
sweat and become rancid
